Yellow Belt Training
Learn and experience the fundamentals of Lean in 2 days or 3 evenings. On the first day, the Lean principles are explored in depth. The process is viewed through the customer’s eyes, and basic principles such as “flow” and “pull” are explained. On the second day, several processes (from your own environment) are mapped using a value stream analysis. In a short time, you will learn where the improvement potential lies and which targeted actions can be implemented to realize it immediately.
Who is it for?
You regularly notice signals in your organization that “things need to change,” but little seems to happen. Often, issues are dealt with reactively, putting out fires instead of preventing them. At the same time, work pressure is increasing, and organizational unrest is growing. Recognize this? Where to start? Start with Lean!
This training is suitable for anyone who enjoys improving their organization. It doesn’t matter whether you are at the lowest or highest level of the organization, whether you operate in a production environment or in services. “Wanting = being able,” and Masters In Lean will help you achieve this.
No prior education is required for this training. It is designed at an HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
After this training, you will be able to:
Understand and apply the basics of the Lean method
Apply Lean tools and techniques at Yellow Belt level
Identify hidden wastes in your own work environment and that of your customer
Discover how visualization helps make processes more transparent
Immediately generate value from your training in practice
Achieve your first concrete results within your organization during the training
Trainings take place in a safe learning environment, guided by energetic trainers with extensive passion and experience in the field! The training can also be delivered in-company, directly linking the theory to your own practice and improvement projects.
