Job Description
The Masters In Lean team is looking for a colleague who is eager to contribute to the growth and development of our clients. We are seeking an entrepreneurial consultant who understands the value and impact of continuous improvement within organizations.
As a ‘Continuous Improvement Consultant’, you will have a dynamic and varied role. One day, you may be discussing strategic transformation initiatives with senior management, while the next day, you could be delivering training sessions to operational teams on the work floor.
You will keep people engaged, inspire enthusiasm, and guide teams through the steps needed to achieve sustainable improvement. You will coach and train employees, helping them develop the skills and mindset required for continuous improvement. In addition, you will provide ongoing advice on business processes, identifying opportunities to work smarter, more efficiently, and more effectively.

Bridging the gap between strategy, people, and processes.
Identifying opportunities for improvement.
Advising and supporting organizational change initiatives.
Coaching and training teams.

WHO ARE YOU?
What You Bring
You have a Bachelor's level of thinking and working, supported by a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience gained through your professional career.
You have at least 3 years of experience in process improvement.
You have experience guiding change initiatives and working in a project-based environment.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile is an advantage.
Experience within the utilities sector is a plus; a strong affinity with the sector is essential.
You thrive in an organization that is continuously evolving and offers ample room for your ideas and expertise.
You have an affinity with our clients and the challenges of the energy transition.
You are confident, willing to challenge constructively, and able to provide well-founded advice.
You are empathetic, adaptable, and highly aware of your surroundings and stakeholders.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to guide people through change processes and create meaningful impact.
You are a team player with a structured and organized way of working.
You Have:
An academic level of thinking and working.
2–5 years of experience in Lean transformations and process optimization, preferably within the utilities sector.
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
An Agile certification.
Excellent project management skills and experience in managing complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of the utilities sector and its related business processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with project management and structured, project-based working methods.
