Champion Training
The Champion training is aimed at the sponsors of change initiatives within your organization. The power and essence of Lean (Six Sigma) are highlighted, with significant attention given to leadership. Becoming a Lean organization requires strong commitment from the shop floor all the way to management. In a continuously improving and learning organization, the right culture is essential.
What role do you, as a leader, play in a Lean (Six Sigma) program, and how can you optimally support Green and Black Belts to drive change?
Project selection is covered, including linking projects to key organizational objectives. A critical focus is placed on the change component, which we address using the CAP change model.
Who is it for?
This training is designed for leaders within organizations who are ultimately responsible for or own a process improvement initiative.
The entire training is delivered in Dutch (including the slides). Other course materials and documentation are in English. The program assumes an HBO–WO (higher professional or university) level of thinking and understanding.
After this training, you will be able to:
Understand the maturity level of your organization (or organizational unit)
Fulfill your role in the Lean transformation
Know the objectives and how to design a plan to achieve them
Recognize the success factors and pitfalls when implementing Lean Six Sigma and executing improvement projects
Trainings take place in a safe learning environment, guided by energetic trainers with extensive passion and experience in the field! The training can also be delivered in-company, directly linking the theory to your own practice and improvement projects.
By Whom
The Champion program is delivered by experienced (Master) Black Belts who have been responsible for continuous improvement within various organizations. Our trainers remain actively engaged in practice daily by coaching Change Agents, executing improvement projects, and implementing improvement programs.
