Trainings take place in a safe learning environment, guided by energetic trainers with extensive passion and experience! The workshops are delivered in-company and conducted directly on your own shop floor.

Program

5S Workshop (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
The goal is to improve workplace organization and visual management.

  • Explanation and examples of 5S.

  • Floor walkthrough; take “before” photos.

  • In teams, organize and clean one workstation according to 5S.

  • Present results and take “after” photos.

Introducing daily and weekly starts
The goal is to improve team communication and make it visual.

  • Brief introduction.

  • Design a visual team board with KPIs, improvement ideas, and planning.

  • Assign roles: who updates the board?

Spaghetti Diagram Workshop - optimize workstation layout.
The goal is to gain insight into actual movements of employees or materials on the floor, aiming to minimize them.

  • Explanation of spaghetti diagram.

  • Map the current workstation.

  • Employees trace their walking routes during a normal work cycle.

  • Analysis: where do most movements occur? Which are unnecessary?

  • Brainstorm improvements.

  • Test an adjusted layout or setup.

Muda Walk (identifying waste)

  • Explanation of the 8 types of waste.

  • Walk the floor using checklists.

  • Have employees identify waste themselves.

  • Evaluate findings.

Location

The workshops take place directly on your own shop floor.

Prices are excluding VAT and travel expenses. Travel expenses are €0.45 per km.
