Consultancy

Small changes within an organization can have a major long-term impact. Lean is a methodology that provides powerful tools and guidance to help you improve every day.

Together we break through processes

Do you often find yourself solving incidents instead of preventing them? Are you disappointed by business results? Do your customers have to wait longer for a product or service than you promised? Are you curious how to increase productivity?

Lean Six Sigma provides a practical and structured approach to continuous process improvement. By making processes transparent, problems can be identified early and prevented. Lead times can be reduced by designing workflows more efficiently. This not only results in satisfied customers but also contributes to higher employee engagement and job satisfaction.

Through our Lean consultancy programs, we help organizations adopt smarter ways of thinking and working that drive real progress. Together, we analyze your organization and develop a tailored improvement plan. We determine what is needed and guide you toward becoming a Lean organization.

Changing things quickly within organizations is possible but true improvement means breaking through existing patterns and ensuring change is embraced across the business. For us, people always come first. Together, we focus on what is needed to inspire movement, create ownership, and bring out the best in every individual.

Simple and achievable solutions focused on results

Less waste, satisfied customers, lower costs, higher quality, fewer mistakes, and more job satisfaction! Who wouldn’t want that? We understand that as an organization, you want practical steps to achieve the goals you’ve set. Fortunately, we have extensive experience in this area. Lean is very flexible, and it’s important for each organization to give it their own interpretation.

We know better than anyone how crucial it is to involve all levels of an organization in change. We are happy to help you show your organization the value and necessity of Lean. To create real change, you need people on board with you. Change happens together.

Simple tips to make a Lean consultancy project a success:

  • Involve employees from day 1

  • Clear and effective communication: what can people expect?

  • Form an internal ‘Lean club’ made up of the right people

It’s also important to celebrate small victories. Change doesn’t happen in a single day. When you’ve set a goal and achieved it, big or small, celebrate it. This is often forgotten. Celebrating success keeps Lean visible and alive throughout the entire organization.

Principles for Continuous Improvement Transitions

We understand that as an organization, you want practical steps to achieve your established goals. Fortunately, we have extensive experience in this area. Lean is very flexible, and it’s important for each organization to give it their own interpretation.

  1. Defining a vision for targeted operational management
We start the process by setting a concrete objective with the intended result. Central to this is establishing a continuous improvement structure.

  2. No advisory reports; implemented improvements
We achieve results together. Involvement from all levels of the organization is required. We do not provide advisory reports; instead, we deliver results through a combined bottom-up and top-down approach.

  3. Customer value is key
When optimizing processes, we evaluate all activities against the defined customer value.

  4. Operational management
We structure management so that every level of the organization has a Lean representative with whom leadership can communicate proactively. Involvement at all levels contributes to securing the results.

  5. Intensive management support
We follow the motto ‘show, participate, and let do,’ training managers to steer processes while fostering a culture shift from “must” and “can” to “want.”

  6. Shared responsibility
Masters in Lean shares responsibility with the client for achieving results. The project team therefore consists of at least 50% client employees.

  7. Leveraging existing resources
We choose solutions that can be realized with existing people and systems.

Lean complet

Change happens together. Change takes time and largely depends on the pace of change an organization can handle. We help many organizations by being present just one day a week, but with ‘full impact’, to enable them to change themselves. Your advantage is that employees do it themselves, enjoy it, and it immediately sticks within the organization. An additional benefit is that this investment is recouped even faster.

Lean result

From various roles, we facilitate Lean transformations, such as process improver, advisor, interim manager, or project leader. Depending on the role we take within the transformation, we are committed to successfully accelerating change and achieving the agreed-upon results.

Lean training

Are you looking for a Lean training that truly helps you in your own practice while also preparing you to become independently and internationally certified? Then enroll in one of our Lean training programs.

Curious which processes you can break through?

We provide tailor-made solutions focused on results, at all levels of the organization. I would be happy to have a no-obligation conversation with you!
