White Belt Training

Learn the basics of Lean in just one day. During this day, you will explore and experience the “ins & outs” of the Lean improvement philosophy. Theory, practice, and hands-on experience are playfully combined. Ideal for experiencing in one day what Lean can deliver for you, your colleagues, and your customers in practice. It’s also a perfect entry-level course for those who come into contact with Lean only occasionally.

This training is suitable for project leaders, managers, consultants, and employees involved in process improvements. You believe things in your organization could be done differently but aren’t sure how. You’re interested in gaining the basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma. Full of theory and practical examples, you will work hands-on with the Lean philosophy. By the end of the training, you will go home with your first concrete improvement step. It’s a practical course you can immediately apply in your own work environment.

No prior education is required for this training. It is designed at an HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
