Job Description

As a Planner at Masters In Lean, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the work of engineers, site supervisors, technicians, and work planners, while assigning them to challenging and impactful projects. You may work with energy companies, grid operators, or installation and maintenance organizations involved in energy generation and distribution.

You will play a key role in ensuring a reliable and efficient energy supply. Your responsibilities include planning the required energy production and distribution activities, monitoring energy demand and supply, and resolving unforeseen issues that may affect energy delivery.

Your planning helps ensure that businesses and residential areas are connected to the energy network as quickly as possible and that service disruptions are resolved efficiently. You serve as the vital link between site supervisors, engineers, work planners, technicians, and contractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful project execution. Who are you?

As a Lean Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning the production and distribution of energy, including electricity, gas, and heat.

  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Reporting to management and creating planning and reporting systems.

  • Coordinating communication and collaboration between various parties involved.

  • Monitoring progress and maintaining a clear overview of ongoing activities.

  • Continuously balancing and prioritizing planned work alongside urgent disruptions and incidents.

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement

What you bring

You have:

  • A Bachelor's level of thinking and working.

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and make efficient use of available resources.

  • Strong time-management skills, allowing you to meet tight deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A Lean certification is considered an advantage.

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of and experience within the energy sector is an advantage.
