About us

We help organizations move forward using the Lean philosophy; through consultancy projects and/or Lean training programs. Together with the people within an organization, we look at how processes can be improved.

Building an agile organization together

Working smarter. Designing business processes more efficiently. Getting people moving. It is often a mix of consultants in sharp suits explaining how things could be improved. “Here’s your report. Good luck.” And there you are. Where are the good guys when you need them?

Masters In Lean does not leave clients struggling or drowning, we help organizations move to the next level in a practical way. Every time, since 2012. Masters In Lean does not get stuck in theory but works side by side with people at all levels of the organization. Improving processes and chain collaboration only works when there is real support and commitment.

We shake organizations awake on a practical level and bring in support when cultural or organizational change is needed. We let organizations experience that data and results are your best friends. We are tough on the process and sometimes on the people. We are there when you need us. Right here, right now: “one of the guys.” We are Masters in Lean.

We believe in (Masters In) Lean

The Lean philosophy approaches organizations and their success from a human perspective. We do not primarily work from models and frameworks, but from our personality and way of connecting with people. We build connections with and between different people within an organization: the shop floor, middle management, and executive leadership. By breaking processes down into smaller parts, defining related goals, and making insights measurable, organizations can operate more successfully. Our core belief is helping people lead better, healthier, and more enjoyable lives.

In addition to the human perspective, simplicity is very important to us. Things are often made unnecessarily complex. In practice, organizational complexity is often more manageable than it seems. Listening carefully, observing, evaluating, diving deeper, approaching themes from multiple perspectives, and considering different viewpoints helps to map the bigger picture. Next, we explore the details step by step, sometimes taking a broader approach, and other times refining the analysis further.

Asking the right questions leads to data that maps the correct value streams. With the help of our plug-and-play digitalization software, Masters in Process, process roadmaps are designed and business concepts are restructured. As efficiently as possible, with minimal loss of time, capacity, or efficiency. All underlying data then forms the foundation for organizing the next phase, structure, or planning even more effectively.

Our Vision

Changes within and outside organizations are happening faster than ever. To remain successful, organizations must continuously adapt to their changing environment. We believe that the people within an organization are the crucial factor in responding to these changes. This belief guides everything we do. We help organizations become flexible and agile, both now and in the future. Every assignment is equally important to us, from small to large, from high-profile to unique. We work in teams, each with our own area of expertise, allowing us to complement one another and deliver tailor-made solutions for every organization.

Change imposed from the top down does not work. We prefer to improve work processes based on the organization’s own vision. This may take more time, but it is far more effective. We believe it is essential to involve the people on the work floor, the people who ultimately have to make it happen. Masters In Lean works from the perspective of the organization itself. We first observe and listen, and only then respond with proposals and ideas that think beyond the conventional boundaries. We focus on results.
