Vacancy: Lean Transformation Consultant

As a Lean Transformation Consultant at Masters In Lean, you play a key role in delivering organization-wide improvements. You will guide clients within the utilities sector through sustainable transformation initiatives, from strategy development to successful implementation.

You work at the intersection of processes, people, and strategy. One day, you may be advising senior management on a Lean transformation roadmap; the next, you could be coaching teams on the work floor and ensuring that improvements are effectively embedded within the organization.

Your goal is not only to help organizations improve their performance, but also to enable them to continuously improve themselves.

What will you do?

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Leading and guiding Lean transformation initiatives for clients.

• Translating strategic objectives into concrete improvement initiatives and actionable plans.

• Coaching and developing teams and leaders in the field of continuous improvement.

• Identifying improvement opportunities and turning them into impactful actions.

• Implementing and embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies within organizations.

• Building stakeholder engagement and securing buy-in at all levels of the organization.

• Improving processes, performance, and collaboration across teams and departments.

• Training employees in Lean thinking and continuous improvement principles.

• Driving sustainable behavioral change within teams and organizations.

What You Bring

You are an energetic and results-oriented consultant who knows how to drive change and ensure it is sustainably embedded within an organization.

You Have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking and working.

• 2–5 years of experience in Lean, process improvement, and/or transformation projects.

• Experience guiding and supporting change initiatives.

• A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or the willingness to obtain one.

• Experience working in Agile environments; an Agile certification is considered a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to distinguish between key priorities and secondary issues.

• The ability to operate effectively at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire people throughout a change journey.

• An affinity with the utilities sector and the energy transition.

• A self-driven, proactive mindset combined with a strong team-oriented approach.

4. Second Interview: We take a deeper dive into your skills, experience, and career ambitions.

5. Third Interview: You will meet with Harm, Sjoerd, and a Masters In Lean consultant. During this meeting, you will complete a small assignment to demonstrate how you think, approach challenges, and work in practice.
