Job Description
As a Business Consultant at Masters In Lean, you will contribute to improving the customer experience, optimizing processes, increasing delivery reliability, and reducing operational costs.
Do you have an academic level of thinking and working? Are you quick to adapt to new situations, analytically strong, and able to distinguish between key issues and details? Can you also switch effortlessly between operational, tactical, and strategic levels? If so, you may be the Lean professional we are looking for!
In addition, we are seeking someone with 2–5 years of experience in Lean transformations and process optimization, preferably within the utilities sector, and who holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Who are you?
You Will Be Responsible For:
Leading improvement projects and/or improvement programs.
Identifying process improvement opportunities and optimizing operational processes based on Lean methodologies.
Designing and implementing new business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Training employees in Lean methodologies and Lean thinking, and helping them develop their continuous improvement skills.
Coordinating projects and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Advising management teams on Lean best practices and operational excellence.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.
Analyzing data and developing improvement recommendations.
Implementing Lean methods and techniques to make processes more effective and efficient.
Training employees in Lean ways of working, methodologies, and techniques.
Evaluating process performance and improvement initiatives together with management teams.
Reducing waste and improving lead times, quality, and overall performance.
Providing support for projects and programs focused on process improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
You Have:
An academic level of thinking and working.
2–5 years of experience in Lean transformations and process optimization, preferably within the utilities sector.
A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
An Agile certification.
Excellent project management skills and experience managing complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of the utilities sector and its related business processes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively at all levels of an organization.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with project management and structured, project-based working methods.
