Lean Introduction Training
The “Lean Introduction” is an accessible introduction to Lean Management. In a short period of time (half a day to a full day), you will experience through a game how applying Lean methods leads to concrete and measurable improvements across the entire process.
In the Lean Game, teams compete in three rounds to see who can achieve the most improvement. The winner (the team with the “leanest” process) goes home with the prize.
